For over 40 years Eden Roc has occupied itself with the care of its guests in comfort and tradition

Born from a dream of Mr Domenico Casola, Eden Roc is a 4 star hotel in Positano that ensures excellence is one of its main strengths.

As a child, playing in the space where the hotel is now situated, Eden Roc was a constant thought for Domenico.   Even when at just 17 years of age, he moved to the United States, Domenico continued to carry Positano in his heart and with it the dream of building a hotel in that location.

The early years saw Domenico shuffling between America and Italy.  On 1 August 1970, Domenico gave life to his dream, inaugurating Eden Roc.

In New York, in the same year, Domenico received the award “Knights of the Good”.

On his return to Positano, Domenico managed his hotel and has continued to do so for the subsequent 40 years.

Over the years, Domenico was joined by his sons Raffaele and Lorenzo, pursuing the ideal of a hotel where feeling at home is a priority and where class and quality are the norm.  Various awards and distinguished people have come over the years and continue to arrive, rendering those who occupy themselves with the hotel proud of their work.
